Plant operators wish for carefree operation, simple maintenance and, if unavoidable, short down time. Therefore, avoiding low and high points and dead spaces in the piping system is important.
Thus, it is important to consider the plant environment already during the design stage and put available space to good use. We create high-quality plant models comprising needed equipment by the use of the 3D application E3D and integrate necessary parts of the plant environment. Precise implementation of the environment in the 3D model can be conducted by a 3D laser scan. Thereby, the detail engineering can consider the given operating environment optimally. Furthermore, our range of services comprises preparation of mounting concepts as well as designing necessary secondary steel construction. We are happy to provide the calculation of pipe static and – in cooperation with our external partners – static tests and mounting static conducted by the software Rohr2.
Next to on-site assignment, we take over the construction supervision on request.
